Brioche, Oreo and Chocolate Pudding

I found I had some brioche rolls that were getting a little dry so I decided to whip up a fast dessert for Jenson and I, which was made using whatever I had to hand in my kitchen.

So I made a Brioche, Oero and Chocolate Pudding - my own take on a bread and butter pudding but I think much more yummy and possibly a little naughtier! It was very easy and very quick to make and you only need a few simple ingredients.

Method
(serves 2)

Pre-heat the oven to 180oc / 160 oC (fan)
Grease a small baking dish with some butter
Line the base and sides of the dish with some brioche, making sure to keep some back to cover over the Oreo cookies
Place the oreo cookies over the brioche
Cover the oreo cookies with the remaining brioche
In a mug beat the egg and then add the milk and chocolate spread and beat well
Pour over the brioche
Place in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes

Serve with some cream and enjoy!
The cookie stays complete inside which adds a lovely flavour and textural surprise as you tuck in!

Simply delicious!
